Ikea today said it is on schedule for a spring 2008 store opening in West Chester.
Ikea hired Clark Construction of Lansing, Mich., as the primary contractor. Clark completed the Ikea store that opened last June 7 in Canton, Mich., the next closest to Cincinnati.
Clark has begun moving dirt at the West Chester location near Union Centre Boulevard and Interstate 75. Ikea says the official ground-breaking will take place in May.
