I had the opportunity to meet Chrisy O’Connor, owner of Personal NEWtrition, a local Blue Ash Nutrition and Fitness business. I liked the concept and was surprised to find out that it is in downtown Blue Ash. I have driven by it countless of times and never knew about it, so I wanted to pass the word on to my readers.
